What to Expect

  • We are part of a liturgical tradition, which means that we follow a set pattern for worship. After announcements, the service begins with prayer and singing. Next is a children’s message, followed by bible readings, and then a sermon on one of the readings. We move to prayer for our community and the world, and share communion together – everyone is welcome, all visitors and children. We finish with singing a sending song. On a typical Sunday, our worship service is finished in slighly over an hour.

  • Our worship space is designed with children in mind. As you walk in, pick up a Busy Bag and Children’s Bulletin, complete with engaging activities. Prayer Ground is an area within the sanctuary where our littlest busy ones can play.

There’s a Quiet Room with a rocker, changing table, books and space to wiggle — with a window that looks into the sanctuary. A staffed Nursery is located down the hall, available for ages 4 and under.

Early in the service, kids are welcomed forward for a Children's Message. After that, ages 3 - 3rd grade are invited to attend Godly Play Children’s Chapel. Kids return to worship before communion.

  • See Accessibility.

  • We lean toward casual but please wear whatever makes you feel comfortable.

  • We’d love to have you join us for treats, a variety of beverage options, and conversation in our Connections Cafe area. An Adult Forum program starts at 11am with childcare available for kids of all ages in the gym.

  • Those who worship with us come from different denominations and backgrounds. You do not have to leave behind your spiritual roots to connect to this community.
